The Flies of Ambazonia: How a Manufactured “Friendship Circle” Tried and Failed to Capture a Revolution

Dr. Emmanuel Tita, Irene Ngwa, Kizito Elad, and Amos Tumenta were not building Ambazonia. They were attempting to capture, influence, and weaken it. Their engine was ego, not ethics. Their goal was influence, not independence

There comes a moment in every liberation struggle when truth must be spoken plainly, boldly, and without hesitation. Ambazonia has reached that moment.

For months, a small group styling itself as the “Friends of Ambazonia” operated quietly at the margins of our revolution. Their public tone was warm and fraternal, claiming unity, counsel, and patriotism. But behind the smiles and pretended loyalty stood a different mission entirely: to infiltrate, manipulate, blackmail, deceive, and delegitimize the legitimate Government of the Federal Republic of Ambazonia.

The people have now seen through the fog. The deception has collapsed. And it is time for an uncompromising editorial response.

  1. Manufactured Loyalty: A Trojan Horse in Brotherhood Clothing

The so-called “Friends of Ambazonia”—renamed by many as the “Flies of Ambazonia”—did not emerge as allies but as opportunists. They presented themselves as “brothers and sisters of the President,” protectors of leadership, and guardians of unity. In reality, their strategy was simple: gain proximity, silence dissent, and influence decisions by pretending loyalty. But the President is nobody’s puppet. He saw through the theatrics, and now the people have seen through them as well. Their entire project has crumbled.

  1. The Architects of Confusion: Failed Ambition Exposed

At the center of this sabotage ring stand four familiar names: Dr Emmanuel Tita, Irene Ngwa, Kizito Elad, and Amos Tumenta. Once respected, now fully exposed.

Dr Emmanuel Tita: The Cult of Vanity

Formerly head of Health and Social Services (HSS), Dr.Tita transformed a humanitarian institution into a personal platform. Instead of building systems, he built an audience for himself. Instead of serving the people, he served his ego. His leadership was marked by verbal attacks on colleagues, pride inflated beyond reason, and a refusal to collaborate. His defection to Chris Anu’s camp, his failed attempt to style himself as “President,” and his silent return speak for themselves.

Today he boasts of wealth, political ties, and proximity to Issa Tchiroma—the voice of French Cameroon propaganda—while accusing President Dr Samuel Ikome Sako of seeking federation.

How does one claim independence while bending toward the loudest defender of the Ambazonian genocide? His diplomacy is performance. His leadership is costume. His patriotism is conditional.

Irene Ngwa: From Defender to Divider

Irene Ngwa was once a respected defender of the Government, admired especially by Ambazonian women. But pride replaced principle, and arrogance overtook the grace she once embodied.

Her collaboration with the splinter “Friends of Ambazonia” group, her involvement in the ASRT donor-distraction scheme, and her support for the takeover of the original ABC platform by her former partner Amos Tumenta mark a clear shift. Where she once built, she now destroys. Where she once defended, she now deceives. She traded credibility for manipulation.

Kizito Elad: The Messenger Who Fell From Grace

Kizito Elad, former Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, squandered public trust through misconduct and falsehoods. A fabricated financial report for a trip he never made. Disappearing when accountability was demanded. Insults directed at international partners, from the United Nations to the US Government. A lost court case against Dr Ngassa. Debts he could not pay. Appeals to colleagues for money. Today he follows Emmanuel Tita, surviving on small favors and acting as errand support for a collapsing faction.

Every attempt he made to infiltrate fighters and civil society failed. The Government has meticulous records of all of it. One day, Ambazonians will look back and see clearly who tried to sabotage the struggle from within.

  1. Civil Society: The Moral Firewall They Underestimated

The infiltrators believed that hardship would weaken Ambazonian civil society and make it easy to manipulate. They were wrong. From churches to humanitarian groups, from educators to local coordinators, civil society stood firm. They reported every infiltration attempt and reaffirmed loyalty to the legitimate Government. Ambazonia’s conscience remains intact. Civil society remains its first line of moral defense.

  1. The Collapse of a False Movement

The “Friends of Ambazonia” portrayed themselves as a task force. In truth, they were a Trojan horse. Their claims were predictable:

President Sako closed ABC. He is hiding funds. He has lost legitimacy. He has sold the struggle. Reality corrected every one of these assertions.

ABC underwent restructuring to restore credibility.
Finances were properly audited and centralized for transparency. Their supposed “diplomatic networks” were nothing more than vanity, staged photographs, and exaggerated claims. Their conspiracy did not fail because of force. It failed because truth outweighed propaganda.

  1. Real Governance Continues While Pretenders Perform

While infiltrators whispered in corners, the legitimate Government continued delivering measurable results: Legislative engagement with members of the US Congress, Support for the Kansas City Three through moral, legal, and diplomatic channels, International media collaborations advancing Ambazonia’s voice. Full accountability through the Treasury, Audit, and oversight institutions Humanitarian and faith-based programs for refugees, widows, and displaced families This is leadership: building institutions, not inventing rumors. Pretenders build gossip. Leaders build nations.

  1. The Knockdown: Integrity Before Infiltration

Let it be stated plainly: Emmanuel Tita, Irene Ngwa, Kizito Elad, and Amos Tumenta were not building Ambazonia. They were attempting to capture, influence, and weaken it. Their engine was ego, not ethics. Their goal was influence, not independence.

The Government’s message to them is simple: If you have a vision, present it openly to the people. Stop hiding behind secret calls and backdoor ties with Yaoundé. Let the Ambazonian people—not propaganda—be your judge.

Ambazonia will stand on conscience, not corruption. On truth, not manipulation. Their deception lies in ruins. Their influence has collapsed. The Ambazonian people stand alert, enlightened, and unshaken.

Final Word

History remembers liberators, not infiltrators.
Revolutions survive vanity. Truth outlives performance. And the Ambazonian conscience will always overcome sabotage. The struggle moves forward, stronger for having exposed its enemies.
