Scriptegrity: Intellectual Property and Scholarly Quality Assurance
Scriptegrity is the intellectual property of Dr. Martin S. Mungwa, Ph.D., Fellow ASCE., Developed as a proprietary intellectual quality-assurance framework, Scriptegrity integrates iterative and circular writing practices, evidence integrity, methodological coherence, critical evaluation, source traceability, authorial accountability, and publication-readiness assessment.
Its purpose is to improve the quality and defensibility of intellectual and scholarly work through structured examination of the relationship between claims, evidence, interpretation, and conclusions.
Within The Independentist News, Scriptegrity provides an editorial framework for evaluating scholarly contributions while preserving the distinction between internal quality assurance and independent academic peer review.
The framework’s application to Taku’s article seeks neither to confer automatic approval nor to dismiss a significant legal argument. It seeks to identify the argument’s strengths, expose questions requiring further investigation, and establish a transparent basis for scholarly discussion.
