Rev. Dr. Mbah Victor, the Ambazonian struggle is bigger than Irene Ngwa, bigger than Moghamo, and bigger than you.
By Gamon Andrew
My dear Rev. Dr. Victor Mbah,
I write to you with no hesitation, for the time has come for truth, not diplomacy. You must know your limits in our Ambazonian struggle for independence. In May 2024, you committed grave errors that cannot be left unchallenged.
- Defending Immorality and Arrogance
You publicly defended the poor behaviour of Ma Irene Ngwa, claiming her fundraising efforts excused her arrogance and contempt for fellow Ambazonians. So what if she raises money? No amount of money gives her the right to disgrace others, as she did to Ma Getrude Kisob. As a Reverend Pastor, your duty was to correct Irene Ngwa’s moral failings, not to enable them.
- Tribal Favouritism
You have openly promoted tribal loyalty, rallying Moghamo people like Ma Dorothy Ngwa of the Ethics Commission to shield Irene Ngwa. This is dangerous. Our struggle is not Moghamo versus others — it is Ambazonia versus La République du Cameroun. By placing tribe above country, you betray the very essence of our liberation.
- Attacking the Free Press
You made the grievous mistake of attacking the press — Objective Voice, UN, Uchiba, and others who serve as watchdogs of our struggle. These are not enemies but guardians of accountability. Silencing them is an assault on democracy itself. Have you not learned from our God-given President, Dr. Samuel Ikome Sako, who has endured relentless insults from rogues like Eric Tataw, Tapang Ivo, Mark Bareta, Erico Akaba, Clovis Nanchop, and Joshua Carr? He never stooped to vengeance. He stayed focused on freedom.
- Silence on Public Threats
Irene Ngwa is on record making primitive threats: “If they play with me, I will destroy X and Y.” She campaigned against participation in the Federal Draft — the very program that fortified our people’s firepower on the home front. She ridiculed Vice President Ateh Eric with crude insults. Instead of condemning her, you gave her cover. That is dishonesty and betrayal.
- Failing in Your Spiritual Duty
As head of the Spiritual Cabinet, you were called to truth and righteousness. Instead, you acted with dishonesty and tribalism. You have abandoned the path of a shepherd for the path of a politician. If you are tired, the honourable choice is simple: resign.
Rev. Dr. Mbah Victor, the Ambazonian struggle is bigger than Irene Ngwa, bigger than Moghamo, and bigger than you. This is not a tribal quarrel but a war between two nations: Ambazonia and La République du Cameroun. Our whistleblowers will not be silenced, our President will not be distracted, and our people will not be fooled.
Sit up, or step aside. The struggle belongs to God and to the people — not to tribal cabals and their enablers.
God bless the free State of Ambazonia in Jesus’ Name.
Signed,
Gamon Andrew
