Now that I have brought you into the secret of why I am so upbeat, and confident, I pray that you join your faith to mine; let’s thank God for these prophecies, for those that have been fulfilled, so that He may make haste to accomplish that which is yet pending, Ambazonia statehood restoration. Hang on my people. Take away your gaze from the pain and lift up your eyes and behold God’s glory. It is real. Ambazonia is a deal, but on God’s terms.

IN A FOOTNOTE SENT OUT WITH THE MESSAGE, PAH TASSANG INSISTS THAT IF EVER YOU HAVE TO “SAVE” ANY OF HIS MESSAGES, THIS SHOULD BE THE ONE!
“If there is anything that I have sent out that I want everyone to read, share and save, it is this message. In it, I have by God’s grace, stated firmly why I am so upbeat and confident, and I seek to infect every Ambazonian with the same”
Some time in 2017, one of the most committed Ambazonian women in this revolution, Edith Ngang, reacting to my persistent prayers, said I was insisting on this my God thing so that when victory comes, I will say it was thanks to my God. Another like her, Princess Harriet, in her frustration because I didn’t pull out of the Zaria Conclave, said I claimed God would deliver Ambazonia; now was time for me to pray for God to get me out of jail, she chimed. Both challenges I have not shied away from. That is why at this time when the struggle seems to be on the descending side of the curve, I bring you evidence that even the most irredeemable unbeliever will agree with; that God is indeed on top of the game. Sorry, I will not be preaching, just presenting evidence to challenge your faith and strengthen your resistance.
If there is anything I ever wanted you to read, share and archive from me, it is this particular message. Read it meditatively.
You all know how from exile in Nigeria, I tried to let you know that God ordained and is directing our quest for statehood restoration. Many times, we prayed from the scriptures and I brought you evidence therefrom of God’s perfect will for us; that we live good and godly lives, breaking away every chain of bondage.
Today, I bring you irrefutable evidence of God’s mighty hand over this struggle with the sole purpose of strengthening your resolve and faith in that which we are doing according to His will. I pray that this message gets to all Ambazonia’s sons and daughters in the trenches, and that prayerfully, you go through this and that even for you who have not yet believed in Jesus, and in our God, that scales may fall off your eyes so that the things that are only here partly revealed and understood, may be fully perceived and understood by you.
As the chief scribe of the teacher’s trade union, CATTU, my assignment meant that I was constantly sollicited by one colonial government department in Yaoundé or the other. Two years into our tenure, it became clear to me that something was spiritually very unsettled with Cameroun and so I turned to God for answers, not only in prayers, but laying my burden squarely on the shoulders of his anointed ones. It was during one of those working trips to Yaoundé in 2015 that I approached a brother and friend, one whose calling I hold in very high esteem.
I explained to the man of God my frustrations and ended up telling him that what I perceived as the fate of our children (anglophones) was their systematic transformation into slaves and servitude. Then I reminded him that he was God’s prophet, and being established over the capital city meant that every alter of wickedness in this city was under his anointing. “What is God telling you Pastor?” The answer came so swiftly; he said; “…, don’t worry. God says he will take care of this country in 2017.” Now, I was blown up. My peace returned because I knew that God was going to do something remarkable during my tenure. Has he not revealed it to me?
You see, I have by the grace of God been preserved to say the things that I am moved by Him to say, making bold references to witnesses yet alive so that you may believe. We are called to live by faith, but prophecies, signs and wonders are meant to be faith boosters. That is why the Spirit of God admonishes us not to resist the spirit of prophecy and to testify of God’s goodness. Our generation is blessed because God didn’t hide these things from us. In this testimony, God will open your eyes that you may see beyond the prophetic and see God clearly in the physical, even in “His ways that are not our ways.”
That same 2015, I continued laying the same burden to other servants of God, stating the same fears and asking the same question. Incidentally, I got the same answer with such instantaneousness that I was overwhelmed. The second person on whose shoulder I laid this burden is a sister in the Lord. I visited her home one day and asked her; “God is showing you all these things and they come to pass even in other countries, what is he telling you about Cameroun? Or don’t you pray for your own country?” The answer in this case too was instant and in exactly the same words as the first: “….,don’t worry. God says He will take care of this country in 2017.”
I don’t know what you would have thought God would do in 2017 but the problem being governmental, and presidential elections being due in 2018, I convinced myself that heaven would withdraw Paul Biya’s breathe in 2017, so that early elections would be called. I was so sure of this that I didn’t even bother asking God how He was going to do it. Would He have let me into His secret if I had asked? I don’t think so; I’ll let you know why soon.
In 2015 still, one of our compatriots travelled home to Bamenda from the US, and I went to greet him. I had learned from another that he, in fact, was setting up the stage to run for the presidential elections of 2018. Dr Christopher Fomunyuh is a man whose word Yaoundé dreads. Since the 1992 presidential elections, Yaoundé has not accepted the National Democratic Institute for which he works to monitor elections in Cameroun because he proved to be uncompromising.
I drove to the Fomunyuh Foundation in Ngomgham, Bamenda, where we met. I did encourage him. I gave him not only my support, but promised to mobilise the civil society to back his candidature. Then I revealed to him the persistent prophecies I had received concerning 2017, and told him he had to step up his plans because we would certainly be having anticipated presidential elections after Paul Biya’s demise. I have mentioned Dr Fomunyuh here not as a prophet but as a witness to that which the spirit of prophecy had said. Did he believe me and the prophecies?
I am not sure he did, but we accepted to work together on his presidential project. I met him again in 2016 and still in the flesh, reiterated my request that he accelerates his preparations so as not to be taken unawares. Oh that the Spirit speaks in part! During this time, God didn’t bother Himself with my complete misunderstanding of His plans.
I was so convinced that God would snuff life out of President Biya that during the build up to the 2018 presidential elections, from the cave in SED, I actually prayed that God should kill him. After making this prayer one day in SED, I went into the restroom to ease myself. During the act, I heard God speak in a rather mocking tone and He said: “I can give him fifty more years, you know.” When I came out, I told my brother, Fidelis Nde Che what just happened, and I asked him if God could actually speak when one is peeing. He asked me whether I wanted to control God. There and then, I repented from asking God to kill Paul Biya. Who can truly understand our God?
As God blessed me with more prophetic connections, I presented the problem. I think it was on January 4, 2016 that I drove to Nkwen to encourage two of my daughters. The younger had been led to the Lord by the elder whom I had, by God’s grace, won for Him three years earlier. It was to my younger daughter that I placed the question. Her prophetic anointing was so powerful that her elder sister began calling her spirit. And so, I asked her after laying my burden and fears; “So what is God telling you about Cameroun? Or don’t you pray for this country?” Her answer was instant. In her shrill little voice she said; “Uncle, don’t worry, the Lord says He will take care of this country in 2017.” Now, this is the third time 2017 was given me as an answer and in exactly the same phraseology. Three times meant that the matter was established, yet there was a fourth and a fifth confirmation and a shift. Before, these came later in 2016, I already began acting on the prophecies according to what I understood God was going to do or more exactly, according to the leading of the flesh. God is merciful.
Fortunately, it was only to Dr Fomunyuh that I had expressed my immaturity in matters spiritual. Now though, I am not ashamed to let you in because God at the time it pleased Him, has Himself let us into His deep secret.
I indicated there was a fourth and a fifth confirmation and a shift. In June of 2016, yours truly was running examinations for the GCE Board at the Progressive Comprehensive High School Accomodation Centre in Bamenda. In between sessions one afternoon, we (some colleagues and myself) sat in the secretariat and as usual, colleagues took to politics. This day though, the discussions were so acrimonious that I had to step in to bring peace. I assured them emphatically that God had said He would take care of Cameroun in 2017, so they should stop splitting hairs.
Upon hearing this, a brother and colleague, teacher of the host school, who was having a quiet time even in all that noise, sprang up from his Bible and walked over, shouting at me with all excitement: “He has told you too? He has told you too?” Excited also, I rose up and I told him: “If He has told you too, then that makes you number four.” The political discussion in the room stopped as colleagues turned to marvel at us, and to listen to us recount how we came into this knowledge. I took the opportunity then to prepare them for what was yet only being planned, the indefinite school shutdown. And I can tell you, they were energised. That’s about the fourth. Now, I can say that God did not at all hide this matter from us. There are thousands of his children out there to whom He has revealed things, to some, even more clearly than He has done to me. That is why I am upbeat and confident.
In November 2016, I received a reiteration and a shift. The man of God said, “What God plans to do in this country in 2017 and 2018 will start before 2016 ends.” At the time of this last revelation, the lawyers were already on strike, being molested; our daughters were being bathed in gutter filth and raped in Buea. Since I had made up my mind that Paul Biya was going to die, I expected therefore that perhaps news of the affliction that would waste him would be announced before 2016 ended.
It didn’t the least cross my mind that God’s plan was in anyway connected to the strike we had declared to start on November 21st though I had handed every fibre thereof to His authority. (Dr Fontem can testify what commitment he, our other colleagues and myself, undertook with God one Sunday afternoon in my office. Barrister Andang will also testify the same.) I praise God though for this last revelation and in my spirit, I underlined the fact that the period had been extended to include 2018. I was however so engrossed in mobilisation that I didn’t take time off to reflect over these things.
Tension was mounting everyday as D-Day approached. We held meetings with other civil society actors; drivers, and traders most especially, first to get them stand up to their responsibilities as parents, and secondly, to seek a smooth takeoff of the November 21 strike. We had, according to our ability, set the stage for an unprecedented strike action. There was no way to know that God had planned something far bigger on the foundation we had built. Now, I can tell you that Yaoundé is wishing that this date should never have existed on the Roman Calendar; the battle for Ambazonia was fought and won on this November 21.
On that faithful day in 2016, I didn’t leave my house, but through the social media, I was able to see and monitor what was happening on the streets, villages and cities of the Southern Cameroons. I received a call from one of my colleagues, president of one of the teacher’s trade unions to the effect that a certain Mancho BBC was carrying a coffin on the streets saying he wanted to die. I replied to him saying “if a man wants to die and already has his coffin, then someone should help him with it. Just nail it,” I said. I didn’t know then that this Mancho was my brother and radio talkshow host Uncle Teh.
Not long after that, another call came from another colleague, leader of another teacher’s union, but this one was in desperation. He said: “SG, there are people carrying Southern Cameroons flags at City Chemist Roundabout. We should condemn and distance ourselves from them.” I must now tell you that under normal circumstances, his suggestion was the proper thing to do, but these were not normal circumstances, so I disagreed with him. I don’t know where it came from, but I told him we couldn’t do that because those young men were God’s angels sent to help our cause. What was our cause then? Even I did not know. Yet, what God planned to do in 2017 and 2018 had in fact started before the end of 2016.
It will be proper that before we move on to the next aspect that obvious worries be clarified at this point and I cling to all that I have of God in me to do this. If the prophecies said and confirmed 2017, and 2018, why are we now in 2020, two years later without the promised statehood? Did God scam us? This is the big worry, right?
The answer is simple. We have not looked up to God entirely. We have relied on our own understanding, and many have turned to tin gods in search for guidance, power, and protection. Some leaders have seen themselves as the solution to the exclusion of all others, including God. I have not heard the words “ego” and “powermongering” pronounced for as many times in forty-seven years than I have between 2018 and 2020. Even then, God has not changed His plans concerning Ambazonia. In fact, the land is already free. We are those delaying the takeover.
At some point in this confusion, I wept. I asked God, why He raised so many leaders? “Our father, HRM Fon Gorji Dinka was already there; Pa Nfor and the SCNC were already there; Pa Ndangam and SCAPO were already there; my brothers Ayaba and Akwanga were already there; why did You bring us in again so that we have become a source of confusion?” Who can question God? The answer though, is that God expects us to work together, but because ego has eaten deep into all of us, God is taking His time. My prayer is that this journey that was meant to take two years maximum doesn’t last 200 years. Shall we turn to God even while holding our guns? Shall we turn to God even while we consult international experts and brokers? I pray you, observe a meditative pause at this juncture.
God’s Ways, not Our Ways: January 13, 2017
Who can understand God? His ways are truly unsearchable. The night of January 13, 2017 was the one night during which God spoke so clearly, and acted so powerfully, at least, regarding me. In effect, Yaoundé came to Bamenda with a two pronged plan; quickly accept all our grievances and provide answers on paper, get us to sign the strike suspension, and then under cover of darkness, eliminate the stubborn one, myself, and then blame it on our people. The official communique on CRTV would have painted me as a patriot who was killed by misguided individuals for selling their cause. I most probably would have received a loud and resounding funeral with state honours, and the struggle would have been derailed, Yaoundé hoped. But wasn’t God the wiser? At His leading, we refused to suspend the strike that night, and in confusion, Yaoundé forgot to call off their ambush squad stationed around Park Pharmacy in Ntarikon. That night, a convoy of bike riders and a car driving to my house was mistaken for mine and was attacked. Three were shot including a mad man.
That night, (January 13) the unions had made a promise to hold two town hall meetings in Bamenda and Buea before uplifting the strike with the people’s consent. I can assure you that if those meetings had taken place, the people would have consented to the strike suspension because we had come away from the negotiations with more than satisfactory intentions for solutions with deadlines. BUT, God knew more than anyone else did. It was Him who confused Yaoundé such that they forgot to withdraw their assassination sqaud; it was thanks to the attack by these assassins that the Consortium called for ghost towns on the days we were to have the Bamenda and Buea town hall meetings; it was thanks to those shootings that the press conference that was scheduled for the Church Centre in Bamenda the next day did not hold, during which encounter things unsavory might have happened. It was God who in His infinite wisdom, allowed all these to happen because His solution to our problem we had not yet received. It was, and still is God. Who can understand God?
More Prophecies Fulfilled
I will in this section present three prophecies that I received and which have come to pass and I will lead you to conclude with me that if these and others have come to pass, then those that are yet pending will certainly do as well, in fullness of God’s time, not ours.
Victory at the Hour of Desperation
In November 2017, I had a call from a pastor and a brother of mine in Bamenda and he spoke to me God’s mind concerning the days leading to victory. The Lord told him to tell me that the struggle will come to a point where we will ask ourselves whether this thing was worth the trouble after all. At that time, said the Lord, we shall behold defeat and shame at our threshold, but God said “stand firm and don’t give up for that is when I will come in.” Many times, I have felt that we had reached that point of desperation but we had not. Now, though, the cries of desperation are so loud they are breaking down the walls of this prison, and they get to me.
Problem is, your voices are lifted to the wrong direction. God says if we call unto Him in the day of affliction, He will answer us. That’s who to cry to. Things might get more desperate, but join me this season in asking God how more desperate should things get. We can’t be this close and consider giving up. The Lord said “stand firm.” In doing what? Certainly, in resisting the enemy, in prayer and fasting, in raising funds, and in speaking the truth boldly. Stand firm my people. You are very special to our God, and He is a Man of honour; His Word means everything to Him. He has spoken, He will do it.
Abduction Foretold
In December 2017, one of my sisters in the Lord got to me in the early morning and shared a night vision she had concerning us. She said in the vision, she saw “us” in a meeting in Yaoundé and we (my group) were all dressed in white. She tried coming over to greet me, but I indicated that she shouldn’t because it was dangerous. With the knowledge of my status as a UN protected person, meaning, I could not set foot in Cameroun or Ambazonia again until the problem which took me out was settled, I brushed aside her revelation. However, God had already prepared me.
The white dresses we wore in that night vision symbolised prison and of course, we were in that dream captured. You know that I will always make things light by throwing in a little joke. Be humoured but don’t laugh when I tell you that this my sister has not come to visit me whereas she should in normal circumstances have been among the first. (Chill sister, don’t take offense. You shall testify.) Why? Because, (she might not know this) in the dream, I told her not to come because this place is dangerous. Now this vision did come to pass as you all have seen, and it is for the good (not evil) of Ambazonia that God allowed it. Therefore, I am strengthened. I ask in the name of Jesus, that you all be strengthened as well, in your faith and in your determination.
Life Sentence and Liberation by God Foretold
The last prophecy was very dramatic because it was partially fulfilled in less than 24 hours. On August 19, 2019, I got up in the morning and received a message from the Lord through my wife. Now, you understand why I can mention her clearly and not others. She said “the Lord revealed to her that we would be sentenced to life imprisonment that day, but that He, God, will bring us out.” Now, we were scheduled to appear in court that day, but our case had not yet been procedurally opened. I tried to argue her out of the revelation saying it wasn’t possible seeing that our case had not even started, and she got flustered. Reason, I am always quick to cast doubts on her revelations. I am sorry Ma.
During breakfast that morning and while we waited to be escorted to court, I tried alerting my brothers about what my wife said the Lord had said, hinting that we should prepare for real battle in court, but just like I brushed her off, they too brushed me off. We would just get in there and raise another preliminary objection and the matter would be adjourned as usual, they said. Well, I had been forewarned by the Lord.
There was nothing that we did not do that day to stop the court from trying us. We made noise, screamed and sang; our lawyers were angry and withdrew from the case in protest because the bench was violating all the procedural rules. This action normally would have caused proceedings even in the most primitive of courts to be grounded, but it did not. Why? God had already allowed them to sentence us.
While I led my brothers in singing Ambazonia and other songs of victory, I rejoiced at what was happening because I had prior information. Then I turned to one of my brothers and reminded him that I tried telling them that this was going to happen but they would not listen, and he said, “but we were always going to get here anyway.” Now, this is not what I want you to say when you read this. I have written this so that you may be strengthened as it strengthened me.
Early morning of August 20, 2019 past midnight, the kangaroo court finished presenting their “evidences” against us and the judge turned to the Military Prosecutor who on that day was appearing in the stripes of a Lieutenant Colonel for the first time, to request for a sentence against us. My brothers and I were still standing and screaming from the box. Many voices had become hoarse by now, and so the noise had reduced. The Prosecutor in-Chief, Lt. Col. Engono Thaddée Eric Constant stood up, looked at us and our eyes locked. We focused, then I put my right forefinger to my throat and slit like a knife. Ask for the death penalty I dared him.
Our man stood there for several minutes, dazed. I am sure my gesture had taken out all the wind from his sails. Then he lifted up his head, looked at the judge and asked for “…la peine capitale,” death penalty. He turned again and our eyes locked once more, and this time, I raised up my right hand and gave him right thumbs up. Well done, I meant. These things I could dare in spite of my knowledge of how ruthless and vicious these brigands are, because God had brought me into his secret. I had received our sentence the previous morning and no devil from the pit of hell could add to it. That heavenly sentence said “Life sentence, but I, God, will bring you out.” The first part of this night vision sentence God instructed Lt. Col. Misse Njone Jacques Baudouin, to pronounce on His behalf, the second part is pending. That is what Ambazonia should be looking forward to; Freedom day. God will keep His Word.
Has God not Kept His Promise for 2017/2018?
I am sure that my brother, Chris Fomunyuh, has told himself that this Tassang’s God is not a gentleman for not keeping His Word for 2017. I am sure that you must be thinking alike. The truth however, is that God is a Gentleman par excellence. He always keeps His side of the bargain even when we don’t keep ours. His promise for homeland restoration in 2017/2018 has already been fulfilled. However, in this situation, we have our own side to honour and we have not. That is the reason for the delay. God is our man of war, but it is our hands he uses to battle. We have in the most part retained our hands and have preferred to do battle on our own terms, in our own might, and have made Odeishi our deity of war. Even then, God has not given up on us. He is waiting for us to surrender completely to Him.
To surrender completely to God means that everyone of us, and especially the leaders, should stop counting on their competences and look up to God. Not that the PhDs don’t matter; God simply wants that we bring those competences and PhDs to Him. He can and will make better use of them. Is He not the God of all knowledge? I tell you, God will not share His glory with another.
When we truly surrender this matter to God, we also would have succeeded to subdue our egos. Then and only then shall unity be possible. Time is running out dear leaders. God’s patience is elastic. It has limits, you may not be aware of. The fury that comes after His grace is taken for granted is to be most dreaded, not after death, but right here. God is not happy when he sees the enemy killing those He wants to save, but we are standing in His way.
Before I go, remember that God said “it will start like syndicate grievances but that the flame will not be put out until He has done that which He wants to do.” Remember also that God told Chairman Fru Ndi that “He, God, will give restoration…”
On a lighter and more cheerful note; during the peak of my frustrations in SED, I physically went down on the floor prostrate and wept, (Fidelis will testify that I wept several times). During one of those sessions, I asked God: “Why did you not tell me that people will die, that we will suffer exile and imprisonment?” I was imagining what pain Sabina and the kids were going through not knowing whether their beloved was alive or dead. I was worried about what the future held for our people. The daily updates from the gendarmes were of death and carnage and these did p help. Worse, at some point, I blamed myself for initiating the strike in the first place. Will not all this blood and suffering be attributed to me? Then I heard God, and then, I understood. He simply said; “If I had told Joseph that he would be sold into slavery and go to prison unjustly, would Joseph have accepted my honour?” …..I answered; “No, Lord.” The Spirit reveals in part, and God will not take us fully into his confidence lest, like children, we bolt away before circus lions.
These messages I have shared were not received during moments of anxiety and stress, neither did they come through third parties; they are personal and direct. I am still alive and God’s servants whom I have mentioned in here are all alive, and will know themselves. God has preserved us all to this day, and I pray that all be preserved to the end that a great testimony be given to His glory. My most profound craving is for God’s Spirit of boldness and courage to come upon His servants to whom He has revealed our tomorrow, that they may speak out boldly without the fear of Jezebel gripping them. Also, pray with me that God may protect them when they do.
God’s slowness to act against Yaoundé doesn’t mean that He approves of their evil. He just is a merciful Father. Paul Biya should henceforth know that He is fighting against his God in Ambazonia.
