Claude N. Chi, Francis Chenyi, and Lah Nestor Langmi are serving a prison term without trial in violation of American laws.

Dr. Samuel Ikome Sako, President of the Federal Republic of Ambazonia (Southern Cameroons) in exile, has delivered a powerful indictment against the Biden Administration, accusing it of enabling foreign dictatorship through domestic prosecution. At the center of the controversy is the case of the Kansas City 3—three Ambazonian-American citizens imprisoned without trial since 2022—under what Dr. Sako calls a “fraudulent and politically engineered prosecution” orchestrated by Paul Biya’s genocidal regime, French intelligence, and their network of lobbyists embedded in Washington, D.C.
“This is not justice. This is outsourced tyranny,” Dr. Sako declared. “The Biden DOJ has become an extension of the Bulu-Beti regime in Yaoundé, persecuting U.S. citizens not because they broke the law, but because they dared to resist colonial oppression.”
Trump’s Bold Legacy vs. Biden’s Appeasement
Dr. Sako drew a sharp contrast between President Donald Trump’s principled foreign policy and the Biden Administration’s collusion with tyrants. Under Trump, the U.S. took significant action to hold the Biya regime accountable for human rights abuses, including:
Suspending Cameroon from AGOA (African Growth and Opportunity Act) in 2019, cutting off trade benefits due to gross human rights violations.
Halting military assistance to Cameroon.
Demanding internet restoration in Southern Cameroons following a blackout used to suppress dissent.
“President Trump didn’t just talk about freedom—he acted,” said Dr. Sako. “He cut Biya off from AGOA, stripping away economic privilege and exposing the regime for what it was: a brutal dictatorship.”
Now, with USAID’s failures under bipartisan scrutiny, Trump allies in Congress are advancing a bold new aid framework that aligns more closely with Dr. Sako’s vision for post-conflict reconstruction in Ambazonia. The proposed shift seeks to replace USAID’s bloated NGO-industrial complex with results-based, community-driven economic assistance—focused on infrastructure, education, and self-governance.
“We welcome this new direction,” said Dr. Sako. “USAID under Biden has enabled corrupt regimes while ignoring victims. A new Trump-aligned aid policy offers hope for Ambazonia’s future.”
A Shadowy Ambassador and the Collapse of U.S. Credibility
Upon arrival in Yaoundé, Biden’s appointed U.S. Ambassador was quickly anointed by the Biya regime, according to Dr. Sako. Instead of engaging with the democratically elected government-in-exile, the Ambassador distanced himself entirely from Dr. Sako, aligning with the Etoudi regime’s narrative.
“He became a mouthpiece for tyranny,” said Dr. Sako. “To our deep embarrassment, he rejected dialogue with the Ambazonian diaspora and stood shoulder to shoulder with those burning our villages. He helped build the case against our comrades in the U.S.—despite knowing it was unconstitutional.”
This dramatic shift from the balanced approach of Ambassador Peter Henry Barlerin under Trump to the complicit behavior of Biden’s diplomat represents, in Sako’s words, “a betrayal of American values and a triumph for foreign manipulation.”
The Eleventh Province: Loyalist Anglophones and the Mask of Betrayal
One of the regime’s most insidious tactics, Sako explained, is the creation and elevation of “Eleventh Province” Anglophones—English speakers who are descendants of Francophone refugees fleeing French terror during the UPC-led war of independence in the 1950s. While they now speak English fluently, they have retained deep political allegiance to La République du Cameroun and serve as proxies of Biya’s regime.
These figures include:
PM Dion Ngute – Ceremonial Prime Minister of Cameroon.
Ambassador Felix Mbayu – Cameroon’s representative to Commonwealth institutions.
Broadcasters Eric Chinje, Peter Essoka, Wete Francis, and Mimi Mefo Info – often accused of amplifying regime narratives under the guise of journalism.
Julius Ngoh and Professor Ntamack – Legal academics defending the constitutional status quo.
Cho Ayaba – Activist accused of being a disruptive force working in the interests of Yaoundé.
Charcoal Radio – A media outlet allegedly influenced by regime-aligned editorial framing.
“They look like us. They speak like us. But they fight for those who kill us,” said Dr. Sako. “That is how Biya, the Essingan cult, and French intelligence fooled the world—by manufacturing loyalist Anglophones to occupy our space while denying our truth.”
Blinken’s Silence, DOJ’s Delay, and a Call for Oversight
Throughout the crisis, Secretary of State Antony Blinken maintained a calculated silence on the Ambazonian genocide. Known for his Francophile bias, Blinken never publicly acknowledged the Ambazonian issue until the final day of his tenure.
“Blinken’s silence was his endorsement,” Dr. Sako said. “He chose Paris over principle, Yaoundé over justice.”
Meanwhile, the Department of Justice under Biden has left the Kansas City 3 in a legal limbo—denied bail, subjected to postponements, and pressured into plea deals despite the lack of trial. Two public defenders have quit, and the case is reportedly being controlled from Washington, not Kansas City.
“This is lawfare—weaponized legal process directed by foreign interests,” Dr. Sako warned. “Three innocent men are being punished to protect diplomatic deals with a dictator.”
A Warning for the Free World
Dr. Sako is calling on Congress to immediately investigate:
The foreign lobbying connections influencing DOJ decisions.
The Ambassador’s conduct in collaborating with Yaoundé.
The covert influence of the Bulu-Beti network and Essingan cult on American foreign policy.
“The Kansas City 3 are not criminals. They are political hostages of the U.S. government, on behalf of a genocidal regime. If this can happen in America—no freedom movement anywhere is safe,” Dr. Sako concluded.
Editor’s Note: With over 6,000 civilians killed, over a million displaced, and dozens of communities wiped off the map, the war in Ambazonia is Africa’s forgotten genocide. The Biden Administration’s complicity through silence, diplomacy, and legal persecution must now be scrutinized—not just for the sake of Ambazonia, but for the integrity of justice in the United States.
