DR Congo’s former Prime Minister Augustin Mutata found guilty of curruption charges by the congolese constitutional court.
A former prime minister of the Democratic Republic of Congo has been found guilty in a corruption charge. Augustin Matata Ponyo was found guilty Tuesday may 20th of embezzling about $245m (£182m) of public funds alongside Deogratias Mutombo, the former governor of the DR Congo’s central bank.
