LETTER TO THE EDITOR

Sir,
Atam Milan’s recent position encourages fragmentation — the very disease the international community has consistently warned against. Yet, as a self-styled leader, he appears unwilling to embrace a united front in pursuit of our collective liberation goals.
It is a matter of public record that he moved from backing Akere Muna during the early selection period, to later aligning himself with Issa Tchiroma, and now distancing himself from the Ambazonian Government-in-Exile. These constant pivots have not produced the outcomes he promised. It is therefore fair to ask whether his strategic calculations have repeatedly led us into dead-ends.
Leadership demands coherence, discipline, and clarity of purpose. It calls for reflection. It requires humility. If Mr. Milan is serious about liberation, then it is time for him to reassess his approach, and adopt a strategic posture grounded in unity rather than division.
We need leadership that is forward-thinking, not reactionary — collaborative, not antagonistic. For the sake of our collective struggle, he must reconsider his trajectory.
Respectfully,
